Contollo Group names Ojan Rohani as CFO to fuel 2026 expansion plans
Contollo Group has appointed Ojan Rohani as its new chief financial officer. The move comes as the company prepares to double in size by the end of 2026. Rohani brings extensive experience in finance, integration, and high-growth business support. Rohani started his career at BDO and KPMG, where he specialised in audit, financial controls, and reporting. He later became group finance director at K3 Advisory Group, leading integration projects and guiding the firm’s development.
Contollo Group, founded by Ruth Percival in 2024, has expanded rapidly to 230 employees and a £35 million turnover. The company has completed several acquisitions, including Abacus, MBA, TACE, ESP, and KAM. Rohani’s appointment strengthens the senior leadership team at a key stage in its growth.
His background includes building finance functions, managing acquisitions, and supporting fast-growing organisations. Rohani has also expressed enthusiasm for helping Contollo and its clients transition to a low-carbon future. The new CFO’s technical expertise and strategic leadership will play a central role in Contollo’s expansion plans. The company aims to reach double its current size by 2026 while continuing its focus on acquisitions and sustainability.
