In a strategic move, European investment group Accolade has recently acquired a build-to-suit (BTS) warehouse facility named 7R BTS Bielsko-Biała West I from 7R. This state-of-the-art warehouse is located in Bielsko-Biała, Poland, and spans over 20,000 square meters of production and office space.
The facility is fully leased to Aluprof, a leading Polish manufacturer of aluminium systems for windows, doors, façades, roller shutters, and sunshades. The warehouse was custom-developed to meet Aluprof’s operational needs, including warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics. It is certified BREEAM at the Very Good level, reflecting its sustainability standards.
Aluprof, part of the Grupa Kęty S.A. Capital Group, operates globally in over 50 markets, employing nearly 3,000 people. The warehouse's design ensures operational efficiency, safety, and a modern working environment tailored specifically for Aluprof’s technological requirements.
The acquisition was supported by legal advisory from Norton Rose Fulbright for Accolade and Conseq, while 7R was advised by the SKJB Szybkowski Kuzma Jelen Brzoza-Ostrowska law firm.
The facility is one of the commercial properties developed by 7R, a leading developer of industrial and warehouse properties in Central Europe.
