The Lancaster County Land Bank Authority (LCLBA) has invited bids for the rehabilitation of a property at 318 Poplar Street in Colombia Borough. The authority encourages women and minority-owned firms to submit their proposals. The Request for Bids (RFB) was issued with a deadline of 11:00am on Friday, October 10, 2025.
