LCLBA Invites Bids for 318 Poplar St. Rehabilitation, Encourages Diversity
The Lancaster County Land Bank Authority (LCLBA) has invited bids for the rehabilitation of a property at 318 Poplar Street in Colombia Borough. The authority encourages women and minority-owned firms to submit their proposals. The Request for Bids (RFB) was issued with a deadline of 11:00am on Friday, October 10, 2025. Interested parties can obtain a copy of the RFB from the LCLBA website. Bids should be sent to Sean Krumpe, the Community Development Program Manager.
