Khabarovsk Krai unveils three high-potential projects for savvy investors

Nikolayevsky District in Khabarovsk Krai is offering new investment calculator opportunities in agriculture, tourism, and fish farming. Three key projects—each with detailed business proposals—are now available for development. Officials report strong profit potential and full support for investors looking to launch operations in the region.

The first project involves a Waterfront Retreat complex, set on a 41.7-hectare site with existing power connections. The plan is to build a modern camping and recreation base, catering to rising demand from regional travellers and angling enthusiasts. The required investment stands at 15 million rubles, with an expected payback period of four years.

A second opportunity focuses on fish farming, located on a 2.1-hectare plot within the Advanced Development Territory (TOR). The project needs 200 million rubles in funding but promises returns in under six years. Authorities highlight the region's growing appeal for sustainable aquaculture ventures.

For smaller-scale investors, a 0.95-hectare plot is available for vegetable, seedling, and greens production. The site already has road access, electricity, and gas supply, reducing setup costs. This project requires 5 million rubles and offers a three-year payback period.

All proposals are listed on the Investment Map of the Russian Federation portal. The Khabarovsk Territory Investment Promotion and Innovation Development Agency provides expert guidance, ensuring smooth project launches for interested parties.

Investors can now access ready-made business plans for three distinct projects in Nikolayevsky District. Each opportunity comes with clear financial projections and regional support. The initiatives aim to boost local agriculture, tourism, and aquaculture while delivering strong returns within a few years.
