Check Point's AI Platform Replaces Firewall Rules with Dynamic Intent-Based Security
Check Point® Software Technologies Ltd. has launched its Agentic Network Security Orchestration Platform. The new system replaces thousands of static firewall rules with AI-driven, intent-based policies that adapt in real time. The platform uses AI agents to interpret business goals behind existing firewall policies. Instead of relying on fixed threat prevention profiles, it adjusts controls based on dynamic exposure risks. Security teams define their intent, and the system autonomously creates, tightens, and enforces rules.
A proprietary Network Knowledge Graph provides real-time visibility into the network. This allows the platform to consolidate fragmented vendor consoles into a single orchestration layer. The technology is available now, with a broader customer preview planned for the second half of 2026. To accelerate development, Check Point has acquired the team and intellectual property of Deepchecks. The move aims to speed up the platform’s roadmap and enhance its autonomous security management capabilities.
The new platform shifts network security from manual rule management to AI-driven automation. Businesses can now enforce policies based on intent rather than static configurations. The first phase is live, with wider adoption expected by late 2026.
