Career Paths

  • Raphael Lehner is part of the corporate/M&A practice group. According to a press release, his expertise lies in corporate/M&A, private equity, litigation, and real estate law. He has extensive experience in merger control and all areas of classical antitrust law, advising clients particularly in cartel proceedings. Beyond his legal practice, he regularly engages in academic research on antitrust issues, with a focus on cartel and abuse of market dominance cases. His professional background includes roles at JKU Linz, the Federal Chancellery of Austria, and the law firms Wolf Theiss and Binder Grösswang.
