Real Estate & Law: Hogan Lovells Advises BNP Paribas on Sale of German 'Super Seven' Residential Portfolio

Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised investment manager BNP Paribas on the sale of its German "Super Seven" residential portfolio.

The portfolio comprises a total of 532 residential units and 10 commercial units across seven properties in Hamburg, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Frankfurt, and Bad Homburg. Built between 2008 and 2013, the properties offer a total leasable area of approximately 48,900 square meters, including around 47,600 square meters of residential space. According to available figures, the portfolio is nearly fully occupied, with a leasing rate of roughly 98%.

The buyer, Quantum Immobilien KVG, is acquiring the properties on behalf of institutional investors through a tailored mandate. The transaction was structured as an asset deal.
