The Berliner Polizei has shared a list of local station addresses via its official WhatsApp channels. Residents can visit these locations for help if they are struggling with blackout conditions. Officers are also patrolling affected neighbourhoods with vehicles fitted with loudspeakers to relay important updates.

In addition, police have advised people to conserve phone battery life where possible. They recommend keeping flashlights and spare batteries on hand in case of prolonged outages. Those without heating are being urged to reach out to friends or relatives for temporary shelter.
