Yakutia's 2023 Business Boom: Growth, Loans, and New Initiatives

Yakutia's business support institutions have successfully implemented a range of measures in 2023, fostering growth and promoting regional brands. The 'Sakha Republic (Yakutia) Brand Support and Promotion Program' was adopted to boost regional brands in domestic and international markets.

Federal support measures provided services worth 3.1 billion rubles, including the '1764' program and preferential lending 'PSK'. The 'My Business' center offered over 25,000 consulting services and reached nearly 6,000 people through 436 events. In 2024, local entrepreneurs and companies received low-interest loans ranging from 5 million to 50 million rubles.

Grants totaling 31.65 million rubles benefited 64 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) under the national project. The number of SME employees increased to 111,234, with a 2.8% rise in SMEs and a 1.5-fold increase in self-employed individuals. Business incubators supported 284 residents, creating 411 jobs and generating 74.21 million rubles in revenue. The Fund for the Development of Entrepreneurship supported 424 SMEs with low-interest loans and guarantees totaling 1.7 billion rubles.

Retail turnover in Yakutia reached 306.2 billion rubles, and catering turnover was 29 billion rubles in 2023. An agreement was signed to establish a republican depository of authors' rights and implement platform solutions in intellectual property. These initiatives demonstrate Yakutia's commitment to supporting and growing its business ecosystem.
