Wyoming State Fair Foundation Brings Back Concert for a Good Cause

The Wyoming State Fair is gearing up for an exciting night of live music, as the Wyoming State Fair Foundation organizes a concert featuring Tris Munsick & The Innocents and Micky and the Motorcars. The concert will take place on Friday, August 15, 2025, at the fairgrounds in Douglas, Wyoming.

Doors will open at 6 PM, and the evening's entertainment begins at 7 PM with Tris Munsick & The Innocents. Micky and the Motorcars will take the stage at 8:30 PM. Admission is priced at $30 for presale tickets and $35 for tickets purchased on-site.

This concert is just one of the ways the State Fair Foundation has been supporting the Wyoming State Fair. Established one year ago, the Foundation has been instrumental in providing funding for various projects, including the purchase of a skid steer for the fair grounds, the addition of industrial ice machines, and the installation of additional generators.

The Foundation has also been active in supporting scholarships for students involved in the fair, as well as live streaming fair events for those who cannot attend in person. To further support the Foundation's efforts, an online endowment auction is available for those interested in bidding on various items.

The concert is part of the 2025 Wyoming State Fair entertainment lineup, which also includes PRCA rodeo events and local activities celebrating the state's heritage, such as a jackalope sticker hunt around Douglas.

Rindy West, the Director of the State Fair Foundation, recently appeared on the talk show Public Pulse to discuss the Foundation's activities and the upcoming concert.
