WFTV Launches 2025 Fast Track to Fearless Leadership Programme
WFTV has launched the 2025 Fast Track to Fearless Leadership Programme, a six-month course aimed at empowering women in senior roles within the screen industries. Katie Bailiff, CEO of WFTV, leads this initiative, aiming to equip participants with the skills to drive change in the industry.
The programme, supported by Sunbelt Rentals, welcomes 12 senior leaders from diverse industry sectors. Tracy Forsyth, an experienced senior leadership coach, will guide the participants through group coaching, 1-to-1 mentoring, expert-led masterclasses, and speaking opportunities. Key topics include persuading and influencing, landing key messages, and motivating team members.
