Western Union acquires Dash to expand digital payments in Asia Pacific
Western Union has finalised its purchase of Dash Dash launched in 2014 and now serves more than 1.4 million users. The wallet lets people pay bills The acquisition connects Dash's Singapore platform to Western Union's extensive international network. Users will keep access to the wallet's existing features while gaining broader money transfer capabilities. The move strengthens Western Union's presence in the Asia Pacific digital payments market.
