Bollinger Delivers First West Coast Electric Trucks, Mullen ONE Qualifies for Significant Incentives

In a significant move, Bollinger has delivered three of its B4 electric trucks to TEC Equipment locations in California and Washington, marking its first West Coast delivery. Meanwhile, its parent company, Mullen Automotive, has regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirements, ensuring continued trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market.

The spotlight, however, is on Mullen's EV lineup, particularly the Mullen ONE, a Class 1 EV cargo van, and the Bollinger B4, a Class 4 electric truck. The Mullen ONE qualifies for a $7,500 federal tax credit and an additional up to $7,500 state incentive specifically from ComEd (in Illinois), potentially offering savings of up to $15,000. States like California may offer programs such as the HVIP for larger class vehicles, but specific state incentives for the Class 1 van vary by region and utility.

On the other hand, while the B4 qualifies for the $7,500 federal tax credit, specific state-level incentives are not clearly listed. However, similar Class 4 commercial electric trucks may qualify for substantial state incentives in California under HVIP or other state programs.

It's important to note that both the federal tax credits for these vehicles expire on September 30, 2025, so buyers are advised to act before this date to maximize savings. State incentives vary widely by location and may include additional grants or rebates for commercial electric vehicles.

Bollinger's B4 trucks are compliant with FMVSS, have received an EPA Certificate of Conformity, and CARB certification. The trucks are manufactured at Roush Industries in Michigan, with over 70% U.S.-sourced content. They are being sold to multiple fleet partners, including Momentum Group (145 vehicles), Doering Fleet Management (70 vehicles), and EnviroCharge (50 vehicles).

TEC Equipment, a prominent dealer with over 30 locations, views this as an opportunity to meet the growing demand for electric trucks among commercial fleet customers along the West Coast. TEC Equipment has also partnered with Bollinger to offer the Mullen ONE for rental on Turo.

The 2025 Bollinger B4 Chassis Cab, a Class 4 all-electric commercial truck, is designed for durability, safety, and adaptability in urban settings. It now qualifies for the New York Truck Voucher Incentive Program (NYTVIP), offering up to $100,000 in state incentives.

Mullen Automotive's Class 1 EV cargo van, the Mullen ONE, is also available for rental on Turo. Bollinger founder Robert Bollinger provided $10 million in non-dilutive financing to support the production of the B4.

Blink Charging is offering solutions for former Enel X and JuiceBox customers, including replacing JuiceBox units for free under a revenue share program. Bollinger Motors has also achieved several milestones, including developing the B4 with fleet and upfitter feedback.

In summary, the federal tax credit for both the Mullen ONE and the Bollinger B4 expires on September 30, 2025. Buyers are advised to act before this date to maximize savings. State incentives vary widely by location and may include additional grants or rebates for commercial electric vehicles. For more specific state programs, checking local state energy or transportation departments is recommended.

| Vehicle | Federal Incentive | State Incentives | |-------------------------|-----------------------------|-----------------------------------------------| | Mullen ONE (Class 1 EV cargo van) | $7,500 federal tax credit | Up to $7,500 ComEd incentives (IL), possible others by state | | Bollinger B4 (Class 4 electric truck) | $7,500 federal tax credit | No specific state incentives found; potential eligibility in states like California |

  1. The Mullen ONE, a Class 1 EV cargo van, and the Bollinger B4, a Class 4 electric truck, are both integral parts of Mullen Automotive's EV lineup, and their federal tax credits amount to $7,500 each.
  2. In the pursuit of fleet management and business growth, TEC Equipment, a prominent dealer with over 30 locations, has partnered with Mullen Automotive to offer the Mullen ONE for rental on Turo, and has also received delivery of the B4 electric trucks, marking a shift towards technology-driven solutions in their business.
