Tulsa Health Department Revamps COVID-19 Dashboard
Tulsa County's Health Department (THD) has revamped its COVID-19 data dashboard, removing case rate, death rate, and hospitalization rate metrics. The agency assures continued transparency, with weekly COVID symptoms updates and a shift to weekday-only reporting.
The THD will now align its COVID symptoms updates with the Oklahoma State Department of Health's reporting, occurring weekly. Additionally, recovered cases and rolling averages for cases and COVID symptoms will no longer be displayed. Residents can still access the latest data at bit.ly/TulsaCoData.
The new reporting protocols aim to facilitate informed decisions about COVID-19 in Tulsa County while maintaining transparency.
