The city of Sevilla is set to welcome a new tram line, set to start at the Torreblanca roundabout and run for 8.2 km, with a segregated lane that is 3.5 + 3.5 meters wide, providing two-way traffic. The line, financed 90% with Next Generation funds and 10% with municipal budget, will have 13 stops, each approximately 630 meters apart.

The tram route accesses the Polígono San Pablo through De la Ada and Éfeso streets, where it will have a stop. It also continues through Andalusia Residential and has stops at the intersections with Flor de Gitanilla and Emilio Lemos streets on Avenida de las Ciencias. The route continues on Avenida de Montes Sierra and has stops at Fibes, Cercanías Renfe train station, and Las Góndolas on Alcalde Luis Urrúnuela. The line provisionally ends in Nervión, with an extension to Plaza del Duque yet to be executed.

The tram works are progressing as planned, and the line will be equipped with ten 18-meter vehicles, 100% electric. The passing frequency will be between 8 and 10 minutes. The first tests of the tram focused on checking the suitability of static dimensions and movements in curves, roundabouts, access and exit of stops, possible obstacles on the route, and any other circumstance that may occur during the trip.

However, there are no relevant search results available regarding the schedule for the white operation tests for the Torreblanca-Santa Justa-Nervión tram line in Sevilla. For precise dates and details, it is recommended to consult official local transport authorities in Sevilla or the managing body of the tram line, as they typically provide schedules for operational tests and system launches.

The new line construction works involved more than 216,000 m2 of asphalt. A section close to Montes Sierra avenue is experiencing some delays in construction works. The stops will be equipped with shelters, digital displays, CCTV system, intercom, and ticket vending machines at main stops.
