Trade Mark Association Names Kammerer as New CEO

New CEO Announced for Brand Association

Patrick Kammerer has been appointed as the new CEO of the Brand Association, effective from February 29, 2024. The Brand Association, headquartered in Berlin, is a leading organisation with a diverse portfolio of brand companies across various industries, both domestically and internationally.

Kammerer, who most recently served as Director of Strategic Communications for Coca-Cola Europe, brings over two and a half decades of leadership experience to his new role. His career has seen him work for notable companies such as Reemtsma, Nike, Shell, and Coca-Cola Europe.

Before joining the Brand Association, Kammerer held the position of honorary president of the Economic Association of Non-Alcoholic Beverages in both Berlin and Brussels for seven years. He also has experience in association work and political advocacy, which will undoubtedly prove beneficial in his new position.

It is worth noting that Kammerer will report to the President of the Brand Association, Franz-Olaf Kallerhoff, upon assuming his role. This is not the first time Kammerer has reported to Kallerhoff, as he has not been previously mentioned as reporting to anyone at the Brand Association.

Prior to his career in the corporate world, Kammerer was employed as a lawyer at the law firm Friedman | Rubin. The exact dates of his tenure at the various companies he has worked for are not specified.

The departure of the long-serving CEO, Christian Köhler, from the Brand Association paves the way for Kammerer's appointment. Köhler is retiring from his position, marking the end of an era and the beginning of a new one under Kammerer's leadership.

While Kammerer's specific achievements and experiences relevant to his role at the Brand Association are not detailed, it is clear that his extensive career and diverse skill set make him an ideal candidate for the position. As the Brand Association moves forward, under the leadership of Patrick Kammerer, it is poised to continue its growth and success in the industry.
