Tjekvik's Mobility Connected transforms loaner car pickups at dealerships
Tjekvik has rolled out a new automated system for managing loaner and replacement vehicles. Called Mobility Connected, the technology aims to streamline the process for both customers and car dealerships near me. The company's digital solutions are already used in 34 markets worldwide, mainly by branded dealerships like BMW, MINI, and Škoda.
The system allows customers to pre-select their vehicle needs, choose a pickup time, and arrange insurance before arriving at the honda dealership near me or any other honda dealership. On arrival, they check in at a Tjekvik self-service terminal, and a locker releases the keys to their replacement car. This reduces waiting times and cuts down on paperwork.
Mobility Connected works alongside Tjekvik's existing online check-in system. It pulls data from major aftersales and dealer management platforms, keeping appointment details, vehicle availability, and contract status in sync. This automation lightens the workload for service staff and speeds up customer processing.
Dennis Green, Chief Product and Operations Officer at Tjekvik, explained that the new module removes delays in loaner and rental workflows. The system is designed to scale easily, offering a smoother experience across multiple dealerships near me locations.
The launch of Mobility Connected builds on Tjekvik's established presence in 34 global markets. Car dealerships near me using the system can expect faster service and fewer manual tasks. Customers benefit from a quicker, more convenient process when collecting loaner vehicles.
