Ticket Refund für Prolight + Sound 2020
Prolight + Sound 2020, the international trade fair for entertainment, integrated systems, and services, has been cancelled due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Messe Frankfurt, the event organiser, announced the cancellation on an undisclosed date.
Initially planned for May 2020, the event was postponed to a later date. However, with the ongoing health crisis and the Hessian Ministry for Social Affairs and Integration's decrees banning major events attracting more than 1,000 visitors due to the increased spread of SARS-CoV-2, a catch-up event for Prolight + Sound 2020 is no longer feasible.
Tickets purchased for Prolight + Sound 2020 are no longer valid for 2021. Ticket codes that have not been redeemed are also no longer valid for the rescheduled event. Messe Frankfurt will automatically refund the purchase price of tickets for Prolight + Sound 2020. Reimbursement of costs for ticket orders placed via the Online Ticket Shop will also be handled by Messe Frankfurt.
Visitors and exhibitors are advised that no written cancellation is necessary for ticket refunds. Refunds for Prolight + Sound 2020 tickets will take some time to process. The refund will be made in the same form as the original payment.
