After two bankruptcies, fashion retailer Charming Charlie is making a comeback, expanding its store footprint in several states across the US. The new locations will be in Texas, California, New York, and the Midwest, with the first store set to open this Friday in Houston.
Charming Charlie, known for its color-grouping visual merchandising model, is reopening in communities that love the brand most, according to the retailer's President, Steve Lovell.
