The 6th Indian Brand and Leadership Conclave 2025, held at the Sheraton, New Delhi, served as a premier platform for recognising the synergy between purpose-driven branding and impactful leadership in a rapidly transforming world. Dhruv Pachnanda, Founder and CEO of TBS Media, stated that the conclave is a space for celebrating excellence and welcoming disruptive ideas.

The event was graced by several distinguished personalities. Aparshakti Khurana, acclaimed actor, served as the Chief Guest and was felicitated with the honour of India's Inspirational Actor. Dr. Tapan Singhel, MD & CEO of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. was recognised as India's Most Inspirational Leader. Ms. Sussanne Khan was honoured with The Charcoal Project, and Ms. Tanvee Tutlani received The Nourishment Navigator Award.

The theme of this year's conclave was "Leadership in the Age of Disruption: Innovating Brands for a Changing World". Reflecting this theme, several brands and leaders were awarded. Hireavilla, Rubber King Tyres, Switch Mobility, Ukiyo Solutions, Sameer Gujral, Younity, and Woodpecker Beer were acknowledged as India's Leading Brands 2025. BMW 7 Series, Tata Shaktee, Fenesta, Red FM, and Bajaj Allianz were awarded India's Iconic Brands 2025.

The annual Coffee Table Book was launched, featuring this year's most celebrated brands and transformative leaders. Additionally, a panel discussion titled "Global Vision, Indian Roots: Crafting Leadership and Brands for the World" took place, moderated by Kunal Khurana. The discussion featured Sushmita Nag, Shubham Pille, Vikram Jeet Bhayana, Kunal Jerath, and Ms. Nisha Narayanan, Director & COO of RED FM & Magic FM.
