TELUS and La Caisse Form Canada's Largest Wireless Tower Operator

In a significant move, TELUS has entered into a partnership with La Caisse on August 1, 2025, to create Terrion, Canada's largest wireless tower infrastructure operator. This partnership marks a significant step in the wireless industry, with Terrion set to hold passive macro wireless infrastructure assets, commonly known as cell towers.

Terrion, headquartered in Montréal, will be carving out these cell towers from TELUS's business. The acquisition cost for La Caisse amounts to $1.26 billion.
