On Wednesday, Boeing (NYSE: BA) closed at $214.77, marking a 0.12% decrease. The day before, on Tuesday, the company closed 0.34% lower, at $215.02.

However, the broader benchmark index has gained 12.6% during the same period, suggesting a more positive market environment.

August orders for Boeing were driven by wide-body models like the 777X and Dreamliner, indicating a strong demand for long-haul aircraft.

In the Wall Street community, 20 out of 26 analysts have given BA a Buy and above rating. Notably, Dhierin Bechai, a Seeking Alpha author, has rated BA as Buy. However, Seeking Alpha's Quant Ratings have given BA a Hold rating with a score of 3.04 out of 5.

Dhierin Bechai highlighted that Boeing continues to see strong momentum in airplane orders and deliveries. He added that Boeing's improving delivery flows and robust backlog signal ongoing customer confidence and operational progress.

Interestingly, no analyst has recommended Sell or below for BA. Six analysts have given BA a Hold recommendation, suggesting a cautious approach to investing in the company.

Over the past one month, Boeing (NYSE: BA) is down 7.4%, indicating a short-term market turbulence that may have affected the company's share price.

Despite the recent dip, BA's shares have performed well this year, gaining over 22%. British Airways, on the other hand, has also seen growth, although Boeing's performance might suggest a more challenging environment for the aerospace industry.
