Spacious San Jose Home Sells for $3.175M in Competitive Market

A spacious San Jose home, boasting three bedrooms, four bathrooms, two fireplaces, and a pool, recently changed hands. The 3,103-square-foot property on Dry Creek Road fetched $3,175,000 in April 2024, marking a significant sale in the local real estate market.

The home, situated on an expansive 8,568-square-foot lot, offered ample space for multiple vehicles. In a more recent transaction on August 25, 2025, a house in the 1400-Block Robsheal Drive, San Jose, was sold for an undisclosed price per square foot. This sale followed a string of notable transactions in the area.

In June 2023, a 2,493-square-foot home on Dry Creek Road sold for $2,430,000 at $975 per square foot. Meanwhile, in July 2024, a 3,454-square-foot home on Callecita Street sold for $3,540,000 at $1,025 per square foot. Most recently, a 2,978-square-foot house in San Jose was sold on the same date, August 25, 2025, for $2,700,000.

The sale of the Dry Creek Road home in April 2024, at $1,023 per square foot, demonstrates the competitive San Jose real estate market. The subsequent sales, including the Robsheal Drive property, further underscore the desirability of San Jose's housing market.
