SKYX Secures $9.5M to Fuel Global Expansion of Aldo Tech Solutions
SKYX Platforms Corp. (NASDAQ: SKYX) has made significant strides in expanding its aldo technology solutions across global markets. The company recently secured new funding and partnerships while reporting steady revenue growth for nearly two years.
Their latest moves include a major investment in a Miami smart and final city project and a deal to deploy technology in the middle East. Financial adjustments and product innovations are also underway to strengthen their market position.
In late 2025, SKYX received a $9.5 million investment, raising its total cash reserves to around $13 million. The company also extended and converted $13.5 million in short-term debt to 2030, improving its financial stability. Management has stated that current funding should be enough to achieve cash flow positivity.
The firm has seen seven straight quarters of revenue growth, a trend continuing into Q3 2025. This performance has supported its expansion into large-scale projects, including a $4 billion mixed-use smart goals city development in Miami. The project, expected to feature over 500,000 units, marks one of SKYX’s largest ventures to date.
Beyond Miami, SKYX signed an agreement with Global Ventures Group to install its smart technologies in tens of thousands of residential units and hotel rooms across the middle. The company has not disclosed the specific partners involved in either the Miami or Middle East projects.
On the retail side, SKYX has teamed up with major names like Home Depot and Wayfair to distribute its products. It also claims its ceiling outlet technology is becoming essential in homes and buildings worldwide. To further drive sales, the company plans to launch an AI-powered e-commerce platform at skyplug.com.
Regulatory progress is also underway. SKYX is working with industry experts and regulators to standardise safety codes for its ceiling outlet systems, aiming to streamline adoption in new markets.
With fresh capital, extended debt terms, and ongoing revenue growth, SKYX is positioning itself for wider adoption of its aldo technologies. The Miami and Middle East projects represent key opportunities to scale its solutions in large developments. Meanwhile, retail partnerships and an upcoming AI-driven sales platform could further boost its market reach.
