Shinec & Stavian ED Partner to Build Clean Energy Infrastructure at Industrial Parks
Shinec and Stavian ED have signed a strategic pact to implement carbon reduction solutions at Shinec's industrial parks and clusters. This partnership aims to create a clean energy infrastructure network, meeting green development standards and generating opportunities from the carbon credit market.
The cooperation will initially focus on the Nam Cau Kien Eco-Industrial Park in Hai Phong city. Shinec, in collaboration with the Vietnam Petroleum Institute, is developing the Eco Energy Industrial Park Center model, aiming to be a hub for research and implementation of industrial-renewable energy-low carbon technology integration.
The agreement includes joint investments in rooftop solar systems, solar-powered public lighting, BESS FARM energy storage systems, and green electricity supply through DPPA. Shinec is also partnering with PV Gas D to develop natural gas/LNG distribution systems at industrial parks and clusters. Both companies share a mission to build a sustainable, modern, and green industrial ecosystem aligned with ESG standards and global energy transition trends. Key players in building LNG supply systems for industrial zones in Vietnam by 2030 include Petrovietnam, PV Gas, and international partners such as Shell and TotalEnergies. Shinec is investing in eight new industrial parks and clusters, designed according to eco-industrial and circular economy models.
The strategic cooperation between Shinec and Stavian ED is expected to lay the foundation for a clean energy infrastructure network at Vietnam's national parks.
