Sberbank to finance residential developments of Practice Firm in four urban areas

In a significant move towards urban development, Sberbank, a major Russian bank, and Practice Company have signed a strategic agreement at the International Industrial Exhibition "Innoprom" in Yekaterinburg. This partnership aims to improve residential construction and comprehensive territorial development in Yekaterinburg, Kemerovo, Kurgan, and Tomsk.

Petr Koltypin, Sberbank's Vice President and Ural Bank Chairman, and Alexander Nivmerzhitsky, Director of Practice Company, emphasized the importance of this collaboration. Koltypin highlighted the significance of infrastructure and digital ecosystems for resident comfort and safety, while Nivmerzhitsky expressed his commitment to creating urban spaces that consider social, environmental, and technological aspects.

Under this agreement, Sberbank will provide Practice Company with a range of services to facilitate digital transformation. This includes IT services, IT products, and high-quality, high-tech banking services. The partnership also grants Practice Company access to Sberbank's Smart Home products, offering maximum personalization and human-centricity of services in homes.

In addition to digital transformation, the partnership will focus on the comprehensive development of residential construction territories. In Yekaterinburg, the second phase of a residential complex on Shefskaya Street will continue, and in Kemerovo, comprehensive development of microdistricts 11/1 of the Central District and 58B of the Zavodsky District is planned. New construction projects are also planned in Kurgan on Kuibyshev Street and in Tomsk.

This strategic partnership is part of Sberbank's ongoing commitment to various development projects across Russia. The bank has been involved in initiatives like the development of its own PVZs (logistics centers) and the enhancement of its e-commerce platform, goods.ru, which is integrated into the Sberbank ecosystem.

Strategic partnerships in Russia often involve collaboration between major corporations and government entities. Such collaborations typically aim to leverage technology effectively to improve infrastructure, services, and living conditions, often including smart city initiatives, digital payment systems, and e-government services.

While specific details about the digital transformation plans for the cities involved in this partnership are not yet available, it is clear that this collaboration represents a significant step towards modernizing urban spaces in Russia. For precise information, further research or direct communication with the involved parties would be necessary.
