Russian Official Proposes Automatic Aid for Children of Military Participants
Russia's Children's Rights Commissioner, Maria Lvova-Belova, has proposed a new system to aid the children of participants in the special military operation. She has urged the government to develop a mechanism for automatic social payments and benefits for this category of children.
Lvova-Belova suggested abolishing the current application-based process. Instead, she recommended automatically including these children in support recipient lists using existing government data. This would eliminate the need for separate applications or document collection. The goal is to reduce bureaucratic hurdles and ensure timely assistance to these children. The initiative aims to enhance the effectiveness of social protections for families linked to military service.
Lvova-Belova's proposal, if implemented, would streamline the process of providing social assistance to the children of military participants. It would reduce administrative burden and ensure these children receive necessary support promptly.
