Russia Launches Contest to Promote Healthy Longevity and Preventive Care

A new contest has launched in Russia to promote awareness of healthy longevity medicine. Organised by the regional movement For Healthy Longevity Medicine in Nizhny Novgorod, it invites participants to explore modern wellness trends and preventive healthcare. The competition is open to all Russian citizens aged 18 and above, with no prior qualifications needed. The contest will accept submissions from October 1, 2025, until June 15, 2026. Participants can enter in three categories: Video Content, Written Content, and Creative Content. Each entry must align with the theme of healthy longevity and preventive medicine.

All works should be submitted through the feedback form on the movement’s official website: <https://longevity-med.ru>. A judging panel will assess entries based on their relevance to the topic, clarity, logical structure, and overall quality. The most outstanding contributions will later be published on the movement’s website. Winners will be announced in July at the second *Russia and the World: Healthy Longevity Trends* Forum. The contest aims to encourage a new culture of wellness while building a stronger system of preventive healthcare across the country.

The initiative offers a platform for Russians to engage with the latest developments in healthy longevity. Successful entries will gain visibility on the movement’s official site, and winners will be recognised at a major forum. Submissions remain open until mid-June 2026.
