Rebulk's AI-powered rebrand transforms bulk inventory tracking for logistics
A Kansas City-based startup has rebranded and is making waves in bulk inventory tracking. Formerly known as dScribe AI, the company is now called Rebulk, a name suggested by its chief of staff. The team announced the change on LinkedIn, highlighting a long-neglected gap in logistics technology.
Rebulk was founded in 2024 by Warren Wijiaya Wang and his co-founders. Wang, originally from Indonesia, emigrated to the U.S. in 2016 and recently became a citizen. He changed his name as part of the naturalisation process and now takes pride in contributing to America's supply chain innovation.
The company uses AI-powered computer vision to monitor bulk materials in real time. This technology improves visibility in logistics and operations, setting Rebulk apart in the industry. Their approach has already attracted attention, earning them a spot in the 'Kansas City Startups to Watch in 2026' list. Rebulk has also secured backing from major investors, including KCRise Fund and Y Combinator. The startup was part of the LaunchKC programme, gaining access to funding and resources. Their pilot project with Cargill is underway, and a case study with Charm Industrial is in preparation. The collaboration with Charm Industrial focuses on biomass storage. Rebulk's AI-driven satellite imagery allows precise measurement of biochar projects. A 2024 case study showed a 40% improvement in inventory accuracy and a 25% reduction in management costs across test sites in the US Midwest.
Rebulk's rebrand marks a shift in how bulk materials are tracked. Their AI technology is already delivering measurable results for partners like Charm Industrial. With strong investor support and growing industry recognition, the company is positioned to reshape logistics and inventory management.
