RBW to Showcase Rheinisch-Bergischer Kreis' Economic Strength at Expo Real 2025
From October 6th to 8th, 2025, RBW will showcase the economic prowess of the Rheinisch-Bergischer Kreis at Expo Real in Munich. Key projects, including the innovative Rhombus site in Wermelskirchen and the Zanders area transformation in Bergisch Gladbach, will be presented by RBW managing director Volker Suermann and regional partners.
The Rhombus site, a new quarter offering innovative solutions for commerce, education, and public uses, will be a highlight at the fair. This project is part of the REGIONALE 2025 framework, aiming to revitalise rural areas. Meanwhile, the 36-hectare Zanders area project in Bergisch Gladbach, set to be repurposed into a mixed-use quarter, will also be showcased. County Commissioner Stephan Santelmann and a Bergisch Gladbach delegation will join RBW to present these projects to the real estate industry.
The regional joint stand, representing the Cologne/Bonn region, will feature RBW and the city of Bergisch Gladbach. Partners at the stand include VR Bank eG Bergisch Gladbach-Leverkusen, Kreissparkasse Cologne, Hahn Group, and OSMAB Holding AG.
Expo Real 2025 will serve as a platform for RBW and its partners to present their vision for the future of the Rheinisch-Bergischer Kreis. The real estate industry will gain insights into innovative projects like the Rhombus site and the Zanders area transformation, driving investment and growth in the region.
