Rayad Group acknowledges deceptive assertions concerning the 'Lifetime Golden Visa' in UAE

In a recent clarification, the Dubai-based Rayad Group has distanced itself from offering a guaranteed lifetime UAE Golden Visa. The group had earlier been reported to be offering such a program with a fixed fee of Dh100,000, or approximately ₹23.30 lakh. However, the UAE's Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security (ICP) has firmly denied the existence of any guaranteed lifetime Golden Visa or fixed-price program[1][2][3][4].

It has been clarified that the Rayad Group's role was limited to providing optional private advisory services for individuals seeking to apply for the UAE Golden Visa through existing legal pathways. This advisory was part of an exploratory collaboration with licensed immigration partners aimed at assessing the feasibility of offering such support, particularly to individuals aligned with UAE strategic priorities[1][2]. The group emphasizes that all decisions regarding visa issuance remain entirely under the jurisdiction of the official UAE government authorities.

The Rayad Group has admitted its involvement in promoting a nomination-based initiative for Golden Visa applications. However, due to the confusion caused by their earlier statements, the group has now discontinued private advisory services for Golden Visas and taken full responsibility for the miscommunication, emphasizing that they do not offer, support, or endorse any lifetime residency product or fixed-price program[1][2][3][4].

The ICP had earlier denounced reports of a so-called "lifetime Golden Visa" being offered to various nationalities. The authority also warns of legal action against those responsible for spreading false information and attempting to exploit individuals seeking residence in the UAE. The public is urged to rely on official sources such as the ICP website or call center (600522222) for accurate information[5].

VFS ETM Services-FZCO, part of VFS Global, had a non-exclusive referral agreement with Rayad Group and was only responsible for directing interested individuals to Rayad for their private advisory services. VFS ETM Services-FZCO affirms full compliance with UAE laws[6].

Rayad Group supports the ICP's statement affirming that all applications must go through official government channels. The company reiterates its commitment to upholding the laws and regulations of the UAE and apologizes for any confusion caused.

In light of the clarifications, it appears that the Rayad Group's involvement in the business sector extends to providing advisory services for UAE Golden Visa applications through legal channels, but does not offer guaranteed lifetime visas or fixed-price programs. Furthermore, the group's role in finance and politics involves supporting the UAE government's official channels and upholding its laws and regulations.

The ICP's denouncement of false information and the warning of legal action against those spreading it emphasizes the importance of relying on general-news sources such as official UAE government websites or call centers for accurate information about the Golden Visa process.
