Radial teams with Gr4vy to upgrade retail payment and fraud systems

Radial, a major third-party logistics provider soon to rebrand as Paxon, has partnered with Gr4vy to boost its payment and commerce systems. The move aims to improve authorisation rates, fraud detection, and customer experience for its retail clients. Radial will keep its current payment processor while adding Gr4vy's technology for better fraud management and decision-making.

Radial supports over 100 global retail brands, including QVC and Williams-Sonoma, with eCommerce and logistics services. The company recognised a need for a payment orchestration layer that could integrate smoothly with its existing systems.

Gr4vy's cloud-based platform allows Radial to manage multiple payment providers and methods without disrupting checkout processes. This setup lets Radial maintain its current payment service provider (PSP) for core transactions while using Gr4vy to enhance fraud checks and payment flexibility.

The partnership also strengthens the link between payments and order fulfilment. Retailers working with Radial will gain more control over their payment flows while keeping performance standards high.

The collaboration between Radial and Gr4vy will give retailers more options for handling payments and fraud. By combining Gr4vy's orchestration tools with Radial's logistics expertise, the system is designed to run efficiently without requiring major changes. The upgrade is set to benefit Radial's large client base in the coming months.
