Public company Impact Coatings AB has revealed the results of its subscription in incentive programs for crucial personnel, using warrants.
In a recent announcement, Impact Coatings AB (publ) has revealed the outcome of the subscription in their warrant-based incentive programs for key personnel, including potential board members. The independent valuation institute, People & Corporate Performance AB, was responsible for the calculation of the programs.
The programs, consisting of one for key persons and another for a board member, involve warrants that can be subscribed to at an exercise price of SEK 126.40 per share within a three-year span, specifically from 2025 to 2028 (Series 2025/2028).
A total of 703,898 warrants have been subscribed in these programs, representing 93.9% of the maximum 750,000 warrants. Each warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one new share in the Company.
The new incentive program (Series 2025/2028) includes 356,800 warrants with a maximum dilution of approximately 2.9%. Out of these, 52,150 warrants have already been issued and paid. However, the specific "final warrant premium" (cost or premium over the subscription price) is not explicitly stated.
The subscription period for the warrants is set from November 1, 2027, up to and including December 10, 2027. The final warrant premium for both programs has been determined at SEK 0.63 per warrant. The subscription price for each share is SEK 6.52.
