In this role, the successful candidate will support advisors via a hotline for the specialist areas of the Passive Market, which include savings accounts, fixed deposits, and other non-lending financial products. The job also involves resolving customer complaints and issues, processing transactions, and collaborating with other departments to ensure timely and effective customer service.
The role offers active participation in the future-oriented development of the passive market and provides training measures within working hours, diverse further education opportunities, and the chance to deepen and further develop specialist skills.
