Portable Boosts J. J. Keller's Revenue with Seamless CMS Integration
Portable, a specialist in platform integrations, has successfully implemented a robust content sync system for Helen Keller & Associates, Inc. The new system ensures near-instant updates while preserving the company's established editorial processes. The project aimed to integrate Portable's CMS into Keller Williams' expansive ecosystem without disrupting existing workflows.
The integration began with our CMS acting as a central hub. Users could authenticate through our hosted site before being redirected to third-party tools like Zendesk and Vanilla Forums. This preserved Keller Williams' operational consistency while enabling their teams to capitalize on the efficiencies of our CMS.
To facilitate seamless management of memberships and orders, we built a custom integration layer that synced data bidirectionally between Keller Williams' CRM and our CMS. This achieved a seamless experience for both internal teams and customers, increasing customer conversions to Compliance Network.
Portable's website CMS excelled at solving complex challenges, making it an ideal partner for sophisticated, multi-product ecosystems like Keller Williams'. Our CMS integrated an SSO solution via Okta, creating a unified authentication system across all of Keller Williams' sites. This reduced login-related errors and user frustration.
The successful integration has led to tangible results. Within the first six months of working with our website, Keller Williams surpassed record revenue from Compliance Network. The company operates a platform called Compliance Network that delivers interconnected content for its members, covering laws, regulations, compliance guides, and best practices. Portable's CMS has proven to be a valuable addition to Keller Williams' expansive ecosystem, enhancing operational efficiency and driving revenue growth.
