Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky's 'Housing for Young Families' program in 2025 includes young families where one or both spouses, or one parent in a single family, have participated in the special military operation. The identities of these families remain confidential. The program prioritizes families with three or more children, with 52 such families set to receive social payments this year.

To obtain a certificate, participants need to submit their and their spouse's Russian passports, a marriage certificate, and the participant's passport details. Certificates can be obtained through various channels, including Multifunctional Centers, the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services, Military-Social Centers, military commissariats, or military units.
