The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing the area post in the regular rotation, managing personnel services, and supporting the personnel administration, especially in activities like billing and annual closing. This role also involves handling absences, such as sickness notifications and time management, as well as processing completed activity areas such as travel expenses, travel cost reimbursements, company cars, travel cost subsidy, job bike, and HK personnel accounts.

Skills and Qualifications

Ideal candidates should have completed training as a bank clerk or in another commercial field and be proficient in using MS-Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Candidates should also be open-minded, enjoy working in a team, and be able to work independently, quality- and service-oriented.

The role requires candidates to work trustfully and valuing with all areas of the company, know the feedback rules of the company, and maintain absolute discretion. Candidates should also be committed and flexible in time, even with high workload, and be open to performance-oriented bonuses.
