Osprey and Houdini Launch Allt: The Ultimate Sustainable Packs for Alpinists
Osprey and Houdini have joined forces to create the Allt pack line, a sustainable range of four-season technical packs designed for multisport alpinists. Unveiled on November 6, these packs are made from recycled materials and are built to last, with features that cater to various outdoor activities.
The Allt packs are constructed from PFAS-free materials, ensuring they are safe for the environment. They feature a breathable, quick-drying, and water-repellent graphic design, perfect for intense outdoor pursuits. The packs are made from abrasion-resistant, waterproof X-Pac RX36 polyester fabric, providing durability and protection.
The Allt packs are dialed for skinning up mountains, ski mountaineering, rock climbing, and technical day hikes. They come with a multiuse avalanche kit compartment, A-frame ski carry, and ice tool attachments, making them versatile for various terrains and conditions.
What sets the Allt packs apart is their commitment to sustainability. They are made from recycled materials: 70% recycled main fabric, 100% recycled liner, and 75% recycled mesh components. Moreover, they are designed to be mechanically or chemically recycled at the end of their useful lives, aligning with Erem's biocircular clothing line principles.
The Allt packs are now available on the Osprey, Houdini, Jagged Edge, Hatchet Supply, and Windthrow websites. With their durable, waterproof graphic design and commitment to sustainability, these packs are an excellent choice for environmentally conscious outdoor enthusiasts seeking high-performance gear.
