Ondas Secures Israeli Drone Defence Leader in Strategic Acquisition

Ondas Holdings has completed its acquisition of Israeli drone defence firm Sentrycs. The deal, announced just two weeks ago, closed swiftly and has already boosted Ondas’ share price. The move strengthens the company’s position in counter-drone technology for critical infrastructure worldwide.

Sentrycs specialises in detecting, tracking, and neutralising unauthorised drones without interfering with nearby communications. Its technology is designed to tag and take control of rogue unmanned aerial systems (UAS) in real time. Ondas plans to integrate these capabilities into its existing system-of-systems platform.

The acquisition expands Ondas’ offerings in drone security and aligns with rising demand for CUAS infrastructure. The integrated system will provide enhanced protection for high-risk locations against unauthorised drone activity. Ondas expects the deal to drive further growth in its defence and critical infrastructure divisions.
