Novarad Unveils MammoIQ, a Comprehensive Breast Imaging Platform Built for the Advanced Digital Era
A new breast imaging system called MammoIQ has been introduced to simplify workflows in busy mammography clinics. Developed by Turon MedTech with support from US-based Novarad, the platform combines multiple functions into one integrated solution. It aims to reduce the administrative load caused by strict regulatory demands in women’s healthcare.
MammoIQ brings together image capture, advanced visualisation, diagnosis, compliance tracking, reporting, and patient communication. The system supports various imaging techniques, including mammography, tomosynthesis, colour ultrasound, MRI, and PET. Its built-in tools also handle FDA-mandated compliance workflows, offering end-to-end tracking and reporting.
Decades of regulatory requirements in mammography have led to complex documentation processes. MammoIQ is designed to ease this burden by consolidating tasks into a single framework. According to David Grandpre, Vice President of Product at Novarad, the platform meets critical regulatory needs while providing a seamless, all-in-one solution for clinics. The system is marketed at a competitive price and backed by Novarad’s technical support. Turon MedTech remains the manufacturer, with Novarad overseeing development and ongoing assistance in the US.
MammoIQ is now available for high-volume breast imaging centres. The platform’s integration of multiple functions could help clinics manage both clinical and regulatory tasks more efficiently. Its support for various imaging modalities and compliance tools aims to improve workflows in modern mammography.
