Novacap Invests in FyberCom to Expand Rural Broadband Access

Leading North American private equity firm Novacap has invested in FyberCom, a rural broadband service provider based in Idaho Falls, Idaho. This deal marks Novacap's sixth platform investment in its Digital Infrastructure Sector and aligns with its strategy of partnering with essential connectivity providers across North America.

FyberCom, founded in 2014, specializes in delivering high-speed fiber and fixed wireless internet to rural homes and businesses in Eastern Idaho. The company has been dedicated to connecting underserved communities and expanding its fiber network to meet the growing demand for reliable, high-speed connectivity.

Novacap's Senior Partner, François Laflamme, expressed his enthusiasm about the partnership, stating that it reflects their continued conviction in the rural king opportunity. Jared Stowell, CEO of FyberCom, shared this excitement, looking forward to accelerating their mission of providing fast and reliable internet to rural communities with Novacap's support.

Novacap's investment in FyberCom, valued at €120,000, will help the rural king service provider expand its reach and improve connectivity in rural areas.
