New 2026 Dodge Charger Scat Pack Offers Muscle Car Power and Performance
The 2026 Dodge Charger Scat Pack, unveiled at Dodge's horsepower event, Roadkill Nights, is set to hit the market on August 13, 2025. This gas-powered muscle car promises a thrilling driving experience with its powerful engine and performance-oriented features.
Under the hood, the Charger Scat Pack boasts a 3.0-liter Twin-Turbo SIXPACK high-output I6 engine, producing an impressive 550 horsepower and 531 lb-ft of torque. With this engine, the Charger Scat Pack accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.9 seconds and runs the quarter-mile in 12.2 seconds, reaching a top speed of 177 mph. The vehicle comes equipped with standard all-wheel drive, with the option to switch to rear-wheel drive for traditional muscle car dynamics.
The Charger Scat Pack features a range of performance enhancements, including a Launch Control feature for improved acceleration and a standard Line Lock feature for tire-smoking burnouts. It also offers various drive modes, including eco, wet/snow, sport, and track modes, to suit different driving conditions.
For those who want to hone their driving skills, buyers of the Charger Scat Pack and Daytona EV Scat Pack will receive a day of performance driving instruction at Radford Racing School.
The 2026 Dodge Charger Scat Pack will be available as both a two-door coupe and a four-door sedan. The Charger lineup typically includes advanced safety systems such as adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring, and automated emergency braking. The Scat Pack can also be equipped with performance-related safety features like a mechanical limited-slip rear differential and electronic stability controls.
The exterior design of the SIXPACK-powered Charger Scat Pack is as impressive as its performance. It features a unique performance hood, large front fascia area, and rear fascia with a "CHARGER" text logo. The vehicle comes standard with 20-by-10-inch Diamond Cut Luster wheels, with 275/40ZR20 Goodyear all-season tires.
The Charger Scat Pack and R/T models will be available in eight eye-catching color options, including a new-for-2026 Green Machine. The vehicle also offers a spacious interior, with the rear seats folding flat to provide a max rear cargo area of 37.4 cubic feet.
In addition to the gas-powered Charger Scat Pack, Dodge is also offering an all-electric version, the 2026 Dodge Charger Daytona Scat Pack. Ordering for the four-door SIXPACK-powered Charger Scat Pack is currently open, with the two-door model set to be available in the first half of 2026. The all-electric Daytona Scat Pack is already open for ordering as a two-door and four-door model.
With its powerful engine, performance-oriented features, and muscular design, the 2026 Dodge Charger Scat Pack promises to be a hit with muscle car enthusiasts. The vehicle is expected to have an MSRP under $55,000.
