Jatul Anand, who previously served as the Chief Credit & Collections Officer of PNB Housing Finance Limited, has been appointed as the new Executive Director. He has been designated as Executive Director (non-board member) effective August 2, 2025, and will serve as the interim head during the CEO search.
Valli Sekar, who was the Chief Sales and Collection Officer - Affordable Business of PNB Housing Finance Limited, has been appointed as the new Chief Business Officer for the affordable housing segment. Sekar, who holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University Tirunelveli, will take charge to lead and stabilize the affordable housing business segment amid recent leadership changes at PNB Housing Finance [2]. She joined the company on June 6, 2022. Sekar will be overall in-charge of Affordable Business (sales, credit, product, and collections).
The shares of PNB Housing Finance dropped sharply by 17.44% on Friday [3]. However, the company has assured stakeholders that its business strategy and growth trajectory remain firmly intact.
