Say Goodbye to Email Overload: Twintual's AI Revolutions Communication!

New AI-Powered Email Aide Alleviates Inbox Burden and Clutter

In today's fast-paced world, email has become a relentless torrent, consuming precious time and draining productivity. A 2025 ZeroBounce survey unveiled that an astounding 42% of professionals check their email three to five times a day, with 35% dedicating up to five hours daily combing through their inbox!

But where does it all end? 79% of individuals confess to checking their inbox solely for significant work messages, while 43% will abandon list subscriptions if overwhelmed by volume. Entered into this chaos steps Cristina Grau-Vilchez and her brainchild, Twintual. A trailblazer in AI-driven communication assistants, Twintual is crowdfunding on Kickstarter with a mission to empower individuals, helping them reclaim their time.

"I was drowning in a sea of incoming messages, unable to ignore crucial ones from my company or Harvard PI, but I was also not able to respond to every single one immediately," Grau-Vilchez shared during a Zoom call.

Driven by personal frustration, Grau-Vilchez led the development of Twintual, promising to simplify digital communication. Twintual aims to accomplish this through behavioral AI, which composes email responses, summarizes discussions, and even replies to messages - all with a clear indication that AI, not a human, has crafted the content.

For Grau-Vilchez, Twintual is not just an email organizer; it's a productivity tool and a potential stress-buster. She believes that modern communication has become detrimental to our mental health and that improvement is essential.

The dangers of excessive email management have been linked to stress, distraction, and decreased productivity [1][2]. Unlike other AI email assistants, Twintual is a cross-functional tool that operates across various messaging platforms like Gmail, Outlook, Slack, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. It classifies messages based on urgency and user action, auto-drafting responses that can be edited before sending.

"One of our beta users said to me, 'I don't want AI to send email drafts without my approval.' - and that's what we're creating," Grau-Vilchez emphasized.

Twintual is initially launching with a B2B strategy, targeting professionals battling inbox overload. "We'd like to start with businesses that can test our Pro and Custom plans. Once we're financially stable, we'll make it accessible to regular users," she added.

Will AI Conquer Email Anxiety?

While AI-powered email assistants like Twintual are not new, they hope to stand out by focusing on flexibility, privacy, and customization. Each user's AI profile is stored individually within Twintual's database to prevent data leaks and ensure personalized responses.

"We don't want AI to mix up responses among users. If Twintual doesn't know about other accounts, it won't be able to access them," Grau-Vilchez clarified.

With partnerships with industry giants such as Google and Inflection AI, Twintual has attracted the attention of corporate beta testers eager to explore AI's potential for automating digital workflows.

"We have three large companies lined up to start using Twintual early in 2025," Grau-Vilchez concluded.

The Future Awaits: AI in Digital Communication

As AI continues to evolve, Twintual enters a competitive landscape of automation tools vying for inbox dominance. However, Grau-Vilchez believes that Twintual's focus on behavioral AI, platform-agnostic compatibility, and end-user control will set it apart from the competition.

The success of AI-driven email helpers like Twintual depends on their ability to strike a balance between efficiency and personalization. If the survey findings from ZeroBounce are any indication, professionals have long been in need of tools to help them navigate the endless tide of electronic missives.

For those crushed beneath the weight of email, Twintual's Kickstarter page presents a beacon of hope, vowing to help them escape theemail quagmire and manage future online conversations. And if Grau-Vilchez achieves her vision, the future may hold fewer headaches.
