Neuberg's Biggest Housing Development: 250 Homes Coming Soon
Neuberg, Main-Kinzig district, is set to see a significant housing development. The 'Wohnpark Am Fallbach' project, led by ISB Projekt GmbH's managing director Ingo Sauer, aims to build around 250 residential units in four phases. Neuberg Immobilien Nord is overseeing the implementation, with ISB and Saxovent as partners.
The project, located east of Frankfurt, will include multi-family houses and an underground garage. A kindergarten is also planned to cater to the needs of young families. The first phase, starting promptly after approval, will consist of three residential buildings with around 50 owner-occupied apartments, an underground garage, and a kindergarten. The second phase is planned to include around 100 residential units, with the fourth phase involving the demolition of the existing furniture store. ISB, which purchased the property from the municipality in 2018, will independently handle the planning and marketing for the project. After approval, ISB is committed to starting the first construction phase within six months. Saxovent, previously mainly active in wind and solar energy, is involved in the company to the tune of 50%.
The project is expected to transform the area, providing much-needed housing and amenities for the growing community.
