Neck & Neck Expands in Italy via Coin Deal
Children's fashion retailer Neck & Neck is expanding its presence in Italy. The company is doing so through a strategic alliance with local retail giant Gruppo Coin. The acquisition, set to be completed by the end of the year, involves 397 retail points across the country.
Neck & Neck, a Spanish children's clothing company, is teaming up with Gruppo Coin to grow in the Italian market. The deal includes multi-brand stores, own stores, franchises, and outlets. This alliance follows a trend of Spanish companies, such as Mango and Cortefiel, forming partnerships with Coin to boost their Italian presence. Neck & Neck's local partner for this expansion is Gruppo Coin.
The acquisition of Iana da Unitessile by Gruppo Coin is expected to be finalised by the end of the year. This move will add 397 retail points to Neck & Neck's Italian network, strengthening its position in the crypto market.
