Navori Labs buys out Signagelive, marking a significant merger in the digital signage industry.
The Navori Labs Group, following its acquisition of Signagelive, is poised for significant growth in the digital signage software industry. The newly formed entity plans to expand its presence, particularly in North America and EMEA, through a combination of organic growth and further mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
At the heart of this strategic growth plan is a focus on delivering scalable, flexible, and data-centric digital signage solutions tailored to mid-sized and enterprise customers, especially those in dynamic sectors such as retail media. This approach is underpinned by an API-first, headless CMS architecture, AI-powered analytics, and media monetization capabilities.
Key elements of the strategic growth plan in North America and EMEA include expanding local support and regional sales presence, building on the combined global footprint, and leveraging a strengthened leadership team with deep industry expertise. The leadership team, unmatched in CMS innovation and industry insight, includes former Signagelive CEO Jason Cremins, CTO Marc Benson, and CCO Frank Larsen, who have all joined the executive leadership team of the Navori Labs Group.
Marc Benson, the long-standing CTO of Signagelive, will remain a key pillar of the Group's technology leadership. His continued role is expected to drive innovation and execution of the growth strategy effectively. Jason Cremins, on the other hand, will contribute his experience to drive the company's strategic growth. Frank Larsen will also bring his expertise to the table, energizing partners and delivering exponential value to customers and prospects worldwide.
The acquisition, which was executed six months after Navori Labs joined the Maguar Capital portfolio, is a catalyst for transformation. The Group aims to become the industry's most agile and data-driven "software powerhouse". To achieve this, the Group plans to employ more than 45 dedicated developers by the end of 2025, who will focus on delivering the Group's vision of scalable, flexible, and data-centric signage technology.
The leadership team's bold vision and operational excellence are emphasized as key drivers of this growth strategy. Jason Cremins, in a statement, expressed his belief that what they've built together is far more than the sum of its parts. The combination of the teams is expected to empower employees, energize partners, and deliver exponential value to customers globally.
With this strategic acquisition and leadership changes, the Navori Labs Group is well-positioned to scale its presence and technological capabilities in North America and EMEA, aiming to become the leading independent global digital signage software provider. The newly named entity, the Navori Labs Group, looks forward to serving its target customer base of forward-thinking mid-sized to enterprise customers operating in dynamic, content-driven environments such as retail media.
