MVB customer service hotline operating for longer hours on the 10th and 11th of August
The Magdeburg Transport Authority (MVB) has expanded the hours of its customer service hotline to help passengers navigate the extensive changes in the route network, particularly due to the closure of city ring bridges and the start of the new school year.
From Sunday, August 10, the MVB customer service hotline will be available from 10 am to 6 pm, and starting from Monday, August 11, the hotline will be operational from as early as 5:15 am. This expansion aims to ensure that passengers can quickly and easily get information about timetables and connections.
The MVB customer service hotline number is 0800 - 548 1245. For detailed schedules, altered line routes, and additional support, users can consult the MVB website’s “Verkehrsmelder” section. The site offers updates on timetable adjustments and service changes, as well as a blog and a newsletter subscription for current information on service changes and construction impacts related to the bridge closures and other infrastructure projects.
