Middlefield Releases Estimated Year-End ETF Distributions for 2025
The special distributions will be automatically reinvested into additional units, with consolidation set for December 29, 2025.
Each Middlefield ETF must distribute any net income and capital gains before its taxation year concludes. The company has stressed that these estimates are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal or tax advice.
Final special distribution amounts will be confirmed in early January 2026. Investors holding ETF units outside registered plans will need to report taxable amounts and adjust their cost base accordingly. The exact taxable figures and characteristics of the distributions will be provided in March 2026.
In a related update, the NXG Cushing Midstream Energy Fund has announced its monthly distributions for January 2026. These payments are scheduled to be made on January 30, 2026.
