With more than two decades of legal experience, Landsman has joined FRB's New York City and Mount Kisco offices, amplifying the firm's real estate service offerings.
Landsman's expertise includes commercial and investment real estate, tax-deferred exchanges, trusts and estates, and business law. Known for his strong client relationships and ability to structure complex transactions, Landsman's practice encompasses commercial and residential property transfers, IRC §1031 like-kind exchanges, NNN properties, and estate planning, trust, and corporate-related matters.
